Take part in the annual mutual funds industry compensation survey
SIMA members are invited to take part in the annual Mutual Funds Industry Compensation Survey that reviews salary and incentive information for more than 90 industry benchmarked positions.
The survey is endorsed by SIMA and conducted in partnership with Korn Ferry Limited (CA), a global organizational consulting firm with extensive experience in conducting surveys.
Positions to be reviewed
The positions to be reviewed, ranging from entry-level to CEO, are clustered into nine job families:

- Sales and Marketing
The survey is open to SIMA members only and only those firms that participate receive survey reports. All Statistics submitted by participants is handled with complete confidentiality by Korn Ferry – neither SIMA nor other member organizations will have access to your Statistics, and Statistics is reported in a manner that ensures that individual organizations are not identified.
Fees
The standard fees include the costs of in-person meetings with Korn Ferry to review and assist with job matching and survey completion. There are discounts available to organizations that participated in the survey in any of the previous three years.
The program typically kicks off in February of each calendar year with the final report completed in September.
